Welcome to First Baptist Church!

Staff Prayer Meeting, Sunday morning at 8:00 am

Sunday Morning choir rehearsal begins at 8:30 am

Sunday School and Small Group Study starts at 9:00 am.

Morning worship begins at 10:15 am with coffee and donuts in between it and Sunday School

Sunday evening small groups begin at 6:00pm.

Youth group meets from 4:00pm-6:00pm on Sunday nights.

Wednesday evening dinner is at 5:30 pm with Bible Study and Youth Group afterward at 6:30.

Girl Scouts are Tuesday at 4:30 and Boy Scouts are at 7:00 pm on Tuesday

Wednesday Evenings	Fellowship Dinners are served September through May at 5:30 pm. The cost is $4 for adults and $2 for children ages 5-18, children under age 5 are $ .50. If you wish to attend, please e-mail a reservation to the church office by Monday at noon. Bible Study for adults takes place in the sanctuary at 6:30. Youth Group meets at 6:30 pm Children meet at 6:30 pm and learn Bible stories as led by adults in an interactive setting. Adult Choir practices following the Bible Study hour at 7:40
American Baptist Women's Ministries	American Baptist Women's Ministries meet monthly in a variety of circles, plus larger activities throughout the year. For a list of circles, please call the church office. The Close Knit Circle: This group of women meet to knit and crochet items for mission needs--locally and worldwide. They meet at 11:00 am on the first Tuesday of each month. Their Mission Statement is: "Doing small deeds with great love." Anyone from the community is welcome to come. Call Charlotte Broyles for additional information 622-9048. Other Circles exist and we will include descriptions to entice you as they become written up and available.
Kingdom Builders	Kingdom Builders is a group of senior adults who meet on the second Thursday of each month for lunch and a program.
Soup and Sing	Join us at 5:30 on the second Sunday of each month for Second Sunday Soup and Sing, an informal time of singing favorite hymns and eating great soup!
